1General Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of all services provided through the jetbdt platform. By using the jetbdt.cam website and all associated mobile applications, subdomains and services (collectively the "Platform"), you fully accept these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the jetbdt platform. These Terms have been prepared in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in Bangladesh.

These Terms are written in Bengali. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative.

jetbdt reserves the right to change, amend or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.

2Definitions and Interpretations

The following words and terms carry specific meanings in these Terms:

"Platform"

The jetbdt.cam website and all its pages, mobile versions and associated services are referred to as the "Platform".

"User" or "Member"

Any person who has created a registered account on the jetbdt platform and is receiving services is referred to as a "User" or "Member".

"Wager" or "Bet"

Participating with money or credits on the outcome of any sports event, casino game or any other occurrence is referred to as a "Wager" or "Bet".

"Wallet Balance"

The total amount of funds held in a user's jetbdt account, made up of deposits, winnings and bonuses.

"Bonus Funds"

Additional credits granted by jetbdt for promotional purposes, which cannot be withdrawn directly until specific wagering conditions are met.

3Eligibility and Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to register and participate on the jetbdt platform. This service is only for those aged 21 and above. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited. jetbdt may request a government-issued identity document at any time for age verification.

3.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may create only one jetbdt account. Creating multiple accounts for the same person is strictly prohibited. If such accounts are identified, both accounts will be closed immediately and the associated balances may be forfeited.

3.3 Registration Information

At the time of registration, you are required to provide the following accurate and up-to-date information:

Full name (as per national identity card)
Active mobile number
Valid email address
Date of birth
Preferred payment method details

Providing false or incomplete information may result in account cancellation.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

jetbdt follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process to ensure secure service. A copy of a national identity card, passport or driving licence may be required for verification. Withdrawal facilities may be limited if verification is not completed.

Important: Creating an account through any automated software, bot or unauthorized third party is strictly prohibited.

4Account Management

4.1 Login Credential Security

You are fully responsible for keeping your jetbdt account username and password confidential. Sharing login credentials with any other person is strictly prohibited. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

4.2 Suspicious Activity

If you suspect unauthorized access or unusual activity on your account, contact us immediately at [email protected] or notify us via live chat. jetbdt reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account while an investigation is underway.

4.3 Inactive Accounts

If there are no transactions or logins for 12 consecutive months, the account will be marked as "inactive". A monthly maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts. The account must be reactivated to withdraw any remaining funds.

5Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jetbdt currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

5.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal

Minimum deposit: ৳500 (per method)
Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
Standard withdrawal time: 10–45 minutes

In some cases, withdrawals may be delayed due to urgent KYC verification or system maintenance.

5.3 Deposit Rules

Deposited funds must come from the user's own account. Payments from third-party accounts are not accepted.
Deposited funds will be credited to the wallet after successful verification.
In the event of a failed transaction, the policy of the relevant payment service provider will apply.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

KYC verification must be completed before withdrawing.
Applicable wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing any balance linked to bonus funds.
Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10–45 minutes.
Each withdrawal request is approved after verification.

5.5 Transaction Records

6Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

jetbdt offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:

৳1,000 deposit → bonus ৳1,200 → total balance ৳2,200
৳34,000 deposit → bonus ৳20,000 → total balance ৳54,000 (subject to bonus cap)

A wagering requirement of 20x (twenty times) must be met to withdraw the bonus.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

Each bonus offer has a specific validity period and conditions, which are stated on the promotions page.
The same promotion cannot be used more than once on a single account.
If fraudulent activity is detected in the use of a bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
jetbdt reserves the right to change or discontinue any bonus offer at any time.

6.3 VIP Program

The jetbdt VIP program has four tiers:

Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%
Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%
Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.1%
Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.5%

It is possible to move up to a higher tier through regular active participation.

7Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets will only be considered valid after being successfully confirmed by the jetbdt system. jetbdt reserves the right to cancel any bet incorrectly accepted due to a system error.

7.2 Results and Payouts

Event results are based on the official final results published by the relevant sports authority (BPL, ICC, IPL, etc.). In the event of any dispute, jetbdt's decision is final.

7.3 Live Betting

Odds may change rapidly in live betting. jetbdt is not responsible for any losses arising from disconnection or technical issues. It is the user's responsibility to ensure a minimum connection speed and an updated browser.

7.4 Casino Games

Games available in the jetbdt casino are operated by third-party software providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Ezugi and others. These games are powered by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which ensures fair and unbiased results.

7.5 Bet Cancellation

A bet may be cancelled in the following circumstances:

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jetbdt platform and will result in immediate account closure if they occur:

Conducting money laundering or suspicious financial activity
Abusing the bonus system or bonus hunting
Using automated bots, software, or artificial intelligence
Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account
Providing fraudulent identity or documents
Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform
Making deposits or withdrawals using a third-party payment account
Threatening, harassing, or attempting to harm another user

Legal Action: If prohibited activities are detected, jetbdt reserves the right to hand over relevant information to law enforcement agencies.

9Responsible Gaming

13Service Suspension & Termination

Failure to complete KYC verification or provision of false information
By direction of law enforcement agencies
Proven misuse of the service

13.2 User Rights

Users may request to close their account at any time. An opportunity to withdraw any available balance will be provided before account closure, however bonus funds will be forfeited.

13.3 Service Maintenance

The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to routine maintenance or emergency upgrades. jetbdt is not responsible for such interruptions.

14Changes & Notices
